The ultimate zero carb bread for keto and carnivore fans.
This was an experiment for me, because honestly I don't really miss bread (I haven't had any in about 6 years), but I was really curious when I saw people making this.
I used brisket but I know people have done it with chicken and even fish.
So it honestly was bread-like, but if you're desperately missing bread it's probably not going to hit the spot, but it might fill you up which will probably allow the craving to pass. 250g cooked brisket / chicken / fish
9 eggs
55g tallow
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp bicarb
salt and your choice of herbs (optional)
