Carnivore "Bread"

The ultimate zero carb bread for keto and carnivore fans.

This was an experiment for me, because honestly I don't really miss bread (I haven't had any in about 6 years), but I was really curious when I saw people making this.

I used brisket but I know people have done it with chicken and even fish.

So it honestly was bread-like, but if you're desperately missing bread it's probably not going to hit the spot, but it might fill you up which will probably allow the craving to pass. But if you're looking for something to put your egg on or avocado it could be a good option for you. If you make it tag me and let me known what you think.

Cooking Time

Ingredients

250g cooked brisket / chicken / fish

9 eggs

55g tallow

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp bicarb

salt and your choice of herbs (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or good quality blender and mix until you have a smooth batter
  2. Poor into a lined loaf or cake tin
  3. Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes
  4. Allow to cool slightly before slathering with butter / cheese / avocado or even honey
  5. Store what you're not likely to eat in a few days in the freezer
