Cauliflower Rice

This is a really easy dish to make and is a great rice replacement. It's tastier, much lower in carbs, and faster to make than rice. I love it and, more importantly, my 5yo son loves it too! You can steam or fry it.

Cooking Time

5 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 head of cauliflower (or more if you want to make a lot)

1 Tablespoon of your favourite cooking oil or fat

Directions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets
  2. Place into a food processor and blend until it resembles rice (you can also grate it if you don't have a food processor)

  3. Melt fat or warm oil in a frying pan (you could also steam it if you prefer)
  4. Fry until soft
  5. Season to taste
