Jaffa Bliss Balls

Who doesn't like Chocolate and Orange together?! Yum! 

Cooking Time

You can eat straight away or put in the fridge or freezer depending on how you like them

Yields

about 15 but it depends how big you make them

Ingredients

2 cups of almond meal (you could use other nuts or even seeds if you don't have almond meal)

3 Tablespoons of Raw Cacao

1 1/2 cups of pitted dates

3/4 cup dessicated coconut (plus extra for coating)

1 heaped teaspoon of vanilla powder

3 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil

10 drops of Orange Essential Oil (make sure it's food grade. Ask me about mine)


Directions

Put all ingredients except the oils in a food processor. Blend until sticky and then add the coconut oil and orange oil. Roll the mixture into balls and then roll into extra coconut or cacao if you like a little bitter contrast.
