You will need a large baking tray as well as two metal racks that will fit in the baking tray.

Depends how much skin you have
Pig skin
Apple cider vinegar
Salt
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Place a metal rack inside a large baking tray
3. Remove as much fat from the skin as possible (this can be used to make lard for cooking with)
4. Score pig skin
5. Rub enough Vinegar over skin so it's lightly covered
6. Sprinkle salt over skin and rub in
7. Place on rack in baking tray and place another rack over the top to hold it flat
8. Cook until all is hard when tapped with a knife
9. Allow to cool and enjoy! Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days
