Roast Cauliflower "Popcorn"

This is a favourite of my son's and it's so super simple and delicious. You can add your own spice blends. I really like cumin with it. But it's delicious just with salt. I have provided the oven recipe but it's so so simple to do in an air fryer too, which is now my go to.

Cooking Time

20 minutes

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

Olive or Coconut oil, or melted fat

Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets
  3. Drizzle with oil/fat and toss through to coat
  4. Sprinkle with salt (and preferred spices if using) and toss through
  5. Spread out on a lined baking tray and place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until they've started to turn golden

* If you have an airfryer, throw the cauliflower in for 10 minutes at 180°C and you're done!
